This Sauerkraut is a Latin-American inspired Cortido, made with a spicy combination of cabbage, carrot and onion with oregano and red chillies, preserved with salt and lactic acid bacteria. Loving Foods' sauerkraut is naturally cultured using organic ingredients and traditional fermentation techniques.
