1. Goodwill Policy
If you decide you don’t want a non-perishable product for any reason you can return the item within 14 days of the delivery date.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and unused. Please take care to package your items carefully.

Please note: it is the customers responsibility to ensure the products are returned safely. Any products damaged or lost in transit will nullify the refund.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days once the product has been delivered to us.
Unless there is something wrong with the item, we cannot offer refunds, cancellations or pay for return postage.
2. Damaged Products
Our team carefully pack and handpick your items to ensure that your products arrive in the best condition. If you do receive any damaged or faulty items please get in touch and send us a picture of the product/s within 24 hours of receipt at info@wholefoodsbox.co.uk or 0333 772 9007 to arrange an exchange or refund.
