The most aromatic version of the oldest of all sauces is our Dijon mustard. Prepared in France with brown and black mustard seeds ground in a stone mill, its uniqueness lies in the non-de-oiled mustard seeds, which give our Dijon mustard its distinctly full aroma. Our Dijon mustard owes its mild acidity to the juice of green grapes, which are harvested and pressed before their sugar content begins to rise and their tart tones fade. With this combination of robust pungency, aromatic oils and the tannin of the grapes, it goes very well with hearty roasts. It can also be used to round off many sauces and dressings wonderfully.
