FERROUS BISGLYCINATE
Is absorbed better by the gut compared to other iron forms, studies have found that iron bisglycinate is 2-4 times better absorbed by the body than widely-used iron sulphate and fumarate, whose bioavailability is around 27-28% compared to approximately 90%. This form of iron does not usually cause gastrointestinal side effects.
