Natural ageing in oak and larch wood barrels adds subtle nuances to its complex and mellow to this classic wine vinegar.
With its rich colour and bold flavour, this vinegar makes superb vinaigrettes, dressings, marinades and sauces. Try using a little when braising red cabbage.
