Fresh egg pasta parcels filled with Porcini and Truffle for a delicious rich umami flavour. Ready in 5 minutes. Once cooked gently drain the pasta and toss in melted butter or your favourite sauce and serve with a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese. Serves 2.
