This almond flour comes from southern Spain where almonds are organically farmed by cooperatives. Here, almond trees have been grown and cultivated for centuries. This extra fine almond flour is made from blanched almonds, which give the best results in baking and cooking. Almond flour contains less than 5g of carbohydrates per 100g and is perfect for LCHF diet. In addition to being low in carbohydrates, almond flour contains 5% dietary fiber, more than 50% fat and almost 20% protein. The composition of almonds results in a lasting feeling of fullness and satisfaction, which is also important in low carbohydrate diets.
