Organic walnuts are long-soaked and slowly dried in the usual Raw Ecstasy way. Then they are coated in raw chocolate, made from organic cacao ingredients sourced from small suppliers who use only quality Criollo beans. Finally we add our organic coconut palm sugar, which balances the full bodied cacao with a delicate sweetness. Our Raw Chocolate Activated Organic Walnuts are sweet, rich and incredibly more-ish.
